We typically recommend 5–10 interview depending on the scope of your audience and project.

No. As you know your audience best, we’d like your help in reaching a good mix of people to speak with. You have direct access to the individuals who can give the most valuable and relevant feedback, so we can make sure their voices are heard in the process.

How do you ensure unbiased feedback?
Our UX researchers use open, anonymous, non-leading questioning techniques to make interviewees feel comfortable giving honest answers. With permission, we may record the interviews to capture detailed insights and provide clear evidence for our recommendations. These recordings are then summarised into key findings to inform the project.
