The role
Full-time maternity cover with the potential of being a permanent role
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Client Success Executive to join our team and help us deliver a great experience for our clients.
You'll be the link between our clients and the wider agency team, making sure communication stays clear, projects keep moving and clients always know what's happening next.
You'll work across a range of website and digital projects, as well as managing ongoing relationships with our retainer clients. You don't need to be a digital expert or know the ins and outs of websites and apps.
What we're really looking for is organised, a good communicator and naturally forward-thinking, with a friendly and approachable manner.
What you’ll be doing
Support business development by collaborating with existing clients to understand their goals and aligning Kayo Digital’s services to meet their objectives
Provide monthly updates to maintenance clients on completed work within their CMS and/or hosting environment.
Act as the primary contact for assigned retainer clients, scheduling their work for the coming months and providing regular updates on task progress.
Project Management
Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and the support team, to ensure smooth project workflows.
Being the main point of contact of our project clients whilst having their website built
Maintaining a high level of transparency for our clients
Assist the process from project kick off through to launch. Helping specialists as the project transitions through each stage: research-wireframes & design – build – testing – launch.
Keeping project management software up to date with latest delivery deadlines
Assist in testing the work at for acceptable quality against the requirement before handing over to the customer
Collect feedback at each stage and monitor revisions needed and organise any customer training
Preparing and keeping up to date the Statement of Work, noting agreed revisions to work or timescales
Hosting internal retrospectives to document what we can learn from each project
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a client-facing, account management, customer success, project coordination or similar role would be desirable but not essential.
Experience within a digital agency or other digital environment would be useful, but isn't essential. We're more interested in your ability to communicate well, stay organised and build good relationships than whether you already know the technical side of websites.

You'll gain experience of:
