We’re delighted to have been asked to join a specialist panel at Mid Kent College, designed to help equip students with the real life digital skills they will need in today’s workplace.
Justin Wanstall, Production Director at Kayo Digital, was invited to join the panel in recognition of Kayo Digital’s position as one of Kent’s leading technical agencies.
Collaborating with the IT tutors and other experienced panel members, Justin will help set student assignments for level 3 IT students specialising in website design.
These will be based on a real life project brief to help give students exposure to the workings of an actual agency.
Equipping the next generation with the right skills is something Kayo Digital is particularly passionate about. We already invest in a number of employee programmes and intend to take on a range of apprentices so that we can continue to nurture and develop our own talent.
We are also constantly improving and adding to our employee training and development programme, to ensure our team members are up to date in the latest digital skills.
