On 17 March Kayo Digital trialled working remotely, preparing for the very real possibility of the UK government asking all personnel to stay at home.
Richard Pilton, Managing Director, commented: “As many companies may have to do soon, we’ve implemented a working-from-home policy to counter any potential disruption COVID-19 may create. We’re doing everything in our power to mitigate any risks associated with such an event.
“Being a tech company, we have the capability and resources to work from home and on 17 March we trialled, successfully, the whole company working remotely. The trial has made us confident that we can continue to serve and exceed our clients’ needs day-to-day, even when we’re away from the office.
“Of course, the welfare of our staff and the quality of our service is paramount, and it looks likely COVID-19 will have an impact on us all in some format. It is possible that some of us may catch it and we’re doing everything in our power to ensure the uninterrupted Kayo Digital service that our customers expect, whilst protecting the health of our Kayo Digital team.
"We will continue to comply with Government advice and, in the event that service to your company will be impacted by COVID-19, a member of the team will be in touch”.
