We’re delighted to announce the latest addition to the Kayo Digital team - Digital Marketing Manager, Harry Dance.
Harry joined us on 1 July having previously worked in the Marketing and BD team at Kreston Reeves.
Now Harry’s settled in, I figured it would be a good time to ask him a few questions to help us get to know him a bit better;

What are your areas of expertise?
I'm from a psychology background what is a staple part of my digital marketing arsenal, however, in digital terms, I specialise in strategy and implementation.
I love gaining the “full picture” and creating marketing strategies that help companies meet their business goals! and I've been lucky enough to work with, and in, a variety of sectors and because of this, I know how important it is to focus on the bigger picture and making sure there's an effective ROI.
What are going to be your key focuses in your new role?
I will be focussing predominantly on helping our clients get the most out of their online footprint.
I’m also looking forward to helping clients create comprehensive strategies that are part of their company’s overall plan.
Which projects or clients are you particularly looking forward to working on/with?
Initially, I’d like to focus on further improving the reports we provide for our clients. Clients currently receive a lot of fantastic information, but I’d like them to be a little more friendly to the eye and – more importantly – I’d like them to give more actionable advice. Numbers are great, using the numbers for advice can be priceless.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
Eclectic is the key word here. From rugby (hence the shape of my nose) and exercise to cooking and DIY – I keep myself busy. And, of course, family and friends!
Do you have any hidden talents?
Not really a hidden talent but I make peanut butter...
What was the last book you read?
Umm, I have a couple on the go at the moment but the latest one I finished was Raymond Feist’s Talon of the Silver Hawk.
