Situation
Inspired by a love of craft spirits, lifelong scientists Andy and Norman decided to use their expertise and passion to found Anno in 2011, bringing a proud tradition of gin-making back to their home county of Kent for the first time in over 200 years.
Solution
Our focus on research to “diagnose” problems before providing a solution is fundamental to our clients’ success.
Being an award-winning Artisan gin, and spirits distillery, it was key to ensure each produce was showcased effectively. Providing an enjoyable shopping experience alongside a recipe area that educates users on how to use Anno‘s products with recipes. The customer centric design ensured each product, recipe and experience could be found and navigated easily. Following launch we also made sure the website became their EPOS system by connecting it to their tills, helping Anno, wherever they are, sell through the website.
